Only a couple of the gain pots have a little static at the top when you adjust them. Not a big deal when you are setting up your equipment, and could probably be cleaned. However no static on the faders or EQ's or mutes.Only one knob on the efx return is missing a little piece of plastic at the top, every other knob is in tact and perfect.I tried to keep this unit really clean, and the guy I bought it off of kept it really clean as well.I'm selling this because im in grad school right now and am not doing any recording, and really do not have the room to store it.I bought a hard case for it, I think it was a little over $100 at the time.The hard case is a little more flimsy then what I thought it would be when I bought it, but it has carpet inside and some foam, so it is real nice to store the unit.If you plan on bringing it out on the road every week, it might not be the best case, but as far as protecting it or leaving it in the case for your studio, it is ideal. This unit also comes with the complete manual which is great.
