With the upgrade kit installed, the former SPC (”space echo) button brings up the 250 reverb, which is the exact same algorithm as the original 250. The “Cluster” control on the 250 adjusts pre-delay time from 0 to 80 ms or from 40-120 ms, depending on the position of the toggle switch. The bandwidth is limited to 10.8 Khz with a soft roll-off, to match the 250. With the upgrade installed, the original space echo program is not lost.
