I know very little about musical instruments so I took lots of pics. This oboe has been in storages for years. There are no flaws or cracks in any of the wood. I don't see any wear on any of the keys.  I can see the white pads, but don't really know how to rate them. The cork on one piece looks like it is folded over, but is there. The oboe has letters and number JJ 249 (serial number?) The case shows some wear. I am told that this is pre Loree and probably dates around WW11. Please email me with any questions before bidding.
