The bell is 24" across, and the receiver is 6" across. Local pickup is fine with me, no extra charge and obviously no shipping charge. I will ship anywhere. You will always pay actual shipping costs and a small handling fee ($5~$10 depending on item size) to cover the cost of a new box and quality packing supplies so your item is well protected for it's journey.
