In my opinion, this is the best sounding and by far and away the most beautiful of all the Fender Tweed amps.  I've compared this amp to the Tweed Deluxe, Tweed Pro, Tweed Tremolux and the Tweed Champ.  This is Fender's best Tweed.  It's loud enough to play small to medium size gigs and can be miced through the PA for larger engagements.  Best of all, the amp is perfect for recording.  A Champ or a Deluxe get a lot of air play for this type of work, but the Super is far superior I think because of the dual 10 inch speakers that diversify the tonal source.  Also, the preamp tubes used are readily available at about 10-15% of the cost of a decent Telefunken 12AX7 used in later Tweed models and I think they sound better anyway. How often do you get the chance to have a piece of fine art in your home, that produces the best Tweed tone available?  Don't let this one slide by!
