Paull.  Cover lithography is credited to Hoen & Co., Richmond, VA.  Inset photo isof Josie DeWitt.  Large format sheet is in average condition with 4 pages of music and lyrics.  Moderate to heavy edge wear, although no tears are longerthan 3/4" & most are 1/4 to 1/2."    Owner's name in the upper right corner.  Detached spine and edges have been repaired inside with a light, acid-free tape.  There are several small gouges out of the top edge, and one on the back that is about 1 1/2" in length.  Cover art is in good shape.  Shipping is $3.25 firstclass mail for up to 5 sheets.  Add .50 cents for each additional after the first 5.  I have more scarce E.T.
